This eight-week yoga online course has been certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention (ZPP), which means that participants will receive up to 100% of the participation fee refunded by their statutory health insurance company. According to §20 SGB, everyone who is legally insured has a right to prevention. This online course offers participants the great advantage of being able to practice yoga without time pressure and from anywhere.
